Beth Panoff, MSN, FNP-C

Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Arcadia Institute for Health and Longevity, a concierge practice dedicated to helping patients optimize health, vitality, and longevity through a personalized, root-cause approach.

With over 20 years of clinical experience, Beth brings a rare depth of background spanning emergency medicine, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, integrative medicine, and longevity-focused care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Columbia University, with clinical training at Columbia University Medical Center, where she developed a strong foundation in complex patient care and multidisciplinary medicine.

Earlier in her career, Beth worked in high-acuity hospital and cardiac settings, including advanced heart failure and mechanical circulatory support. As a Nurse Practitioner and Coordinator in the LVAD Program at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center’s Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, she cared for patients with ventricular assist devices in both inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborated with cardiology and surgical teams, and participated in research related to advanced cardiac care. This experience shaped the clinical precision, depth, and systems-based thinking that continue to define her work today.

Over time, Beth’s focus evolved toward a more comprehensive and proactive model of medicine — one centered not simply on disease management, but on optimization, prevention, and long-term healthspan. Through Arcadia, she now specializes in hormone optimization, metabolic health, peptide therapy, and cellular medicine, using advanced diagnostics and individualized treatment strategies to help patients feel stronger, think more clearly, age more powerfully, and live with greater vitality.

Her approach blends the rigor of conventional clinical training with the nuance of functional and longevity medicine. Each care plan is tailored to the individual and may incorporate lifestyle and nutrition strategies, specialty testing, hormone balancing, targeted supplementation, and regenerative therapies designed to support the body at a foundational level.
